Maneker has covered the art market for more than 20 years at New York magazine, the New York Times, and the New York Sun, and then through Art Market Monitor, which he founded in 2008, and that includes the Artelligence podcast, AMMdaily newsletter, and the AMM Fantasy Art Collecting game.
